Registrations for Events
Model Release: For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all events. Your registration constitutes permission for FamilyLife NZ to use your picture in promotional materials.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy:
Should circumstances cause you to miss the event, you may choose from one of the following options as long as 48 hours notice is given.
- Refund of fees (less $20 cancellation fee);
- Transfer to another person’s name (no fee).
- Transfer to a future event within one year (no fee).
There will be no reimbursements for cancellations made on or after the day of the event, although consideration will be given to refund part of, or all your booking fee upon written request..
Children: While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants.
Database: All people who register for an event are entered into our database so that we can keep them informed of upcoming activities that may be of interest to them. It is for this purpose as well as keeping them informed about their coming event, that we request email addresses. Unsubscribing is a simple process if people to do not wish to receive our emails. As per our Privacy Policy, email addresses are not shared with any outside person or organisation.
Online Ordering
When purchasing through our online shop the website should calculate and add the shipping cost according to weight and distance. We do our best to charge the minimum amount required to cover costs. Feel free to challenge this rate. Generally, prices for courier freight are $6 or more depending on size. If you are ordering several items, please contact us by email for a quote as we are happy to combine freight and send your order by the best possible means and price available: info@familylife.nz.
Returns & Guarantee
We strive to supply you with goods that are in excellent condition. We will replace or refund the purchase cost of any item purchased from FamilyLife that is faulty.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please call our office at 0800 800 680 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Please note: Downloadable items are non-refundable.
If an item is damaged or defective a replacement of the same item will be sent. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
